about

RNT co-head JKriv does it up royal here with a bit of old and a bit of new. First up, “The Queen On Her Throne” is one of J’s seminal reworks in all of its 8 min glory, and although names have been changed to protect the innocent, a bomb by any other name is still a bomb! Next, a lesser known West African 70’s jam by Oscar Sulley & The Uhuru Dance Band is worked up into a raucous jazzy afro-house stomper in JKriv's edit of “Bukom Mashie.” Plus there’s a stripped down beats-n-synth-apella of “Queen’s Beats,” perfect for mixing with the OG or played on it’s own!
